Sandra V. Abell, MS, LPC
Hi, I’m Sandy Abell.
People are my passion.
They always have been.
Ever since I was old enough to observe human interaction I’ve been fascinated by who we are and how and why we function together as we do.
As a child, interaction and relationships were a struggle for me. Consequently, I paid attention and learned a lot about what works and doesn’t work between people. I went to school and got degrees in sociology and psychology, so I could better understand human thought, emotion and behavior.
Over the years I’ve been honored to work with thousands of people: clients, mentors and teachers, who have provided me with the most valuable education. As a result, I’ve been able to share what I’ve learned with many others.
In the process, I‘ve been able to improve my own relationships and help people better understand each other and enhance theirs. My intention has always been to help my clients make their personal and business relationships smoother, so they won’t have to struggle as I once did.
At this stage in my life, my focus is to give back.To be a teacher and share what I’ve learned with as many people as possible. I want to share all I know about what it takes to be emotionally healthy, so that your relationships with yourself and others will be effortless, uncomplicated, trouble free and fun.
This is my idea of success.
People have asked what I do when when I’m not working with my clients or writing books. I love life, and enjoy most everything. I especially like spending time with my husband, adult children and five grandchildren, riding motorcycles, traveling to warm tropical places, hiking, camping, and any outdoor activity.
